Absolutely! We will even cover the cost of shipping! We much rather have our expierence re-home the cards than have them end up in the trash or thrift store.
Q; What kind of cards do you accept?
We accept complete decks of tarot and oracle that are not water damage or excessively worn.
Q: How soon will I know how much I will get for my cards?
Once we have all the information we need based on the form and the conversation that we will have, we anticipate a 24- 48 hour turn around process for responding with an offer on your collection.
Q; How will I get these cards to you?
Once we have an offer accepted, you will be supplied with information on how to pack the cards to safely send the cards to us. With that will be information that will need to be returned to us about the weight and the size of the box that you will be using to send us the cards. Once that is complete, a PDF shipping label will be sent for you to print out and apply to the box.
Q: What if I don’t have a printer or access to one?
That is ok! We can set up an arrangement with FedEx for you to bring the cards to their location and they will pack and ship the cards for us. PLEASE NOTE: This is an enhanced service to which you will need to let us know in advance if it will be needed. Our offer will be adjusted to accommodated to increase in shipping charge.
Q: Can I just use a Priority Shipping box from USPS?
Yes and no. The Shipping method we use is called Cubic Shipping, AKA “Box in a Bag”. We use this method to add a layer of water protection to the box but also get an expedited shipping rate with USPS. You can use a Priority Shipping box to pack the cards but that box will need to go into a bag (plastic trash bag or something of the like). If you refuse to use this process, let us know in advance and we can use a different shipping method.
Q: These cards were my deceased Aunt’s and she was a witch, is it ok to sell her cards?
I believe so and have purchased collections from many esoteric and spiritual people. The energy associated with the cards is respected during the cleansing and clearing process. We use water free methods to “reset” the cards and thank the previous owner for this set and ask they they assist us with finding the new home in which they belong.
Q: I changed my mind, can I buy back the cards I sold you?
Maybe, it all depends on if the cards are still within our inventory. Cards find homes very quickly in our care and we are proud to be able to move them so fast. So we highly recommend that you wait to sell your cards until you are certain and ready to re-home your decks.
